Healthy playing has been apart of me since my early times of music making and followed me to my master thesis, Musculoskeletal Pain and Injuries in Classical Guitarists, their Causes and Prevention.

There is a lot of misbelief and a lack of knowledge in the guitar culture. Therefore my goal is to share knowledge among students and teachers for growing a healthier community.
